Information we collect
Personal information:
When you sign up for Jscrambler we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). For certain services, we also request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. By using our services, you agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete and updated information.
Log information:
When you access Jscrambler services, our servers automatically record information regarding your usage of the service:EX: Browser, navigation data such as your IP address, browser and version, operating system, date and time, service usage.
How we use the personal information we collect
We may use your personal information to:
- provide the services and customer support you request;
- process transactions and send notices about your transactions
- prevent potentially prohibited or illegal activities, and enforce our User Agreement;

Customers own and are solely responsible for the content/code provided. Jscrambler does not impose any license or restrictions upon Customer's ownership of content/code entered by Customers, nor does Jscrambler accept any responsibility for the content/code entered by Customers.
Customer ownership does not extend to the built-in functionality or documentation provided as part of the Jscrambler product and service. These are under copyright to Jscrambler. This means that the Customer owns the content/code provided and the code output of our service related to the original functionality. The additional code provided by the jscrambler service, the one that executes code transformation is property of Jscrambler.
How we share personal information
We will not sell, rent, or lease Customer's personally identifiable information to others.
We may share information with other companies or individuals outside of Jscrambler and its parent company AuditMark LDA in the following limited circumstances:
- We have your opt-in consent to provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
- To Law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when:
- we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order or similar legal procedure
- we need to do so to comply with law
- we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate violations of our User Agreement.
Access To Your Personal Information
You always have access to the information we have about you. To review and update your personal contact information, simply log into our client portal. You may also contact us to have the information changed.
