As Head of Delivery, you will lead and manage the 3 delivery teams at Jscrambler, with a focus on guaranteeing a quality delivery of our Web Security products to our customers (hightech worldwide renowned enterprises). You will strive to hire the best, motivate them for greatness and guarantee the continuous delivery of quality software to our customers. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, with whom you will align Goals, KPIs, and Strategies.
What will your day-to-day be like?
Lead and manage 3 delivery teams (Customer Service Engineering, Project Management, and Security Analysts), including technical recruitment, appraisals, 1-1 meetings, identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team.Define the delivery strategy of our products and services to customers and lead aligning it to our OKRs and goals.Advocate for lean/agile practices inside and outside the organization.Role modeling a collaborative approach to problem-solving working in concert with peers in Product, Development, Sales and Cross-Functional teams.Responsible for team organization and workforce planning.Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working, including leading the implementation of new processes and practices to maximize the impact of teams and the value we deliver to customers.Recruit, develop and mentor delivery professionals to perform at their best.
Experience and Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a similar area.7+ years of project and change management experience with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects and services.7+ years’ experience at capturing, interpreting, and reporting key business requirements and helping translate functional into technical specifications.Focus on outcomes and making them happen with the ability to lead teams through all stages of the product delivery lifecycle.Good understanding of enterprise systems architecture and technology infrastructure.Experience in capturing, interpreting, and reporting key metrics/KPI’s to drive continuous change performance improvement.Commercial mindset, results-focused with a can-do attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilitiesCan mentor, motivate, and develop delivery professionals to perform at their best.
