CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Sales Full-Time

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager. You will lead and manage the Customer Success team, with a focus on guaranteeing the quality delivery and service of our Web Security products to our customers (high-tech worldwide renowned enterprises).

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

  • Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and engagement.

  • Proactively expanding relationships and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate the risk of attrition.

  • Lead the quarterly reporting process to provide business value, measuring, usage, and adoption.

  • Closely manage accounts to identify and eliminate attrition risks.

  • Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working, including leading the implementation of new processes and practices to maximize the impact of teams and the value we deliver to customers.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.

  • Capture and convey customer feedback for ongoing improvement of Jscrambler products and services.

  • Manage day-to-day functions of the customer service, customer success, and Project Management teams.

  • Assist the Sales team with technical aspects, including demos, Proof-of-Concept setups, and meeting participation.

  • Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Identify upsell strategies for customers.


EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering, or relevant experience.

  • 5+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery/management roles Or 5+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery, demonstrating a proven track record in maintaining client relationships and successful project management.

  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.

  • Experience with B2B and international client management.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus.

MARKETING MANAGER

Our leading cybersecurity technology is trusted by the Fortune 500 and major global companies to protect their web presence and applications (check our website for some references!). Jscrambler applies security layers to web applications, granting self-defensive capabilities that enable them to fight any fraud, reverse-engineering, or tampering attempts, avoiding data leakage and damages to the customer’s reputation.

After closing a $15 million Series A funding round, we are kicking off 2023 in full force! The team is growing fast and all team members will play a key role in helping the company reach its ambitious goals.


The Role
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that Jscrambler is performing at an optimal level in terms of planning, implementation and execution of integrated demand programs through multiple channels, driving global engagement and generating high-intent revenue opportunity (HIRO) pipeline.


What will your day-to-day be like?
- Work with global stakeholders in product, sales, and marketing to develop, execute, and optimize marketing plans that create and capture demand;

- Determine the effective mix of campaign tactics, including search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, and content syndication to deliver HIRO pipeline goals;

- Work closely with product, content and digital marketing functions to identify and develop new offers, content and sales tools to support integrated demand campaigns;

- Work with the sales teams to ensure they are informed and prepared with the right tools and messaging to support demand created from marketing programs;

- Collaborate with sales teams on ABM and high intent marketing campaigns;

- Own marketing automation including lead processing, scoring, email nurtures, contact segmentation, data hygiene and enrichment;

- Advise and assist with digital campaign tracking and attribution;

- Configure and maintain integrations between the marketing automation platform and other systems including SFDC, Google, paid social and ABM platforms;

- Improve marketing programs through experimentation, measurement, and optimization;

- Manage and be the interface between external agencies including media, creative, and digital vendors in support of campaign deadlines;

- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies;

- Track and report on strategic, operational, and tactical metrics using data to manage resource allocation, outcomes, and success.


Experience and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, or relevant experience;

- 5+ years managing demand generation and customer acquisition strategies;

- Thorough understanding of the demand waterfall, and how to set and measure progress against goal attainment including deep pipeline source conversion analysis;

- Designed high performing demand generation processes, systems, and automation;

- Experience working with enterprise sales teams on ABM campaigns;

- Deep understanding of the MarTech stack including HubSpot, SFDC, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform and ABM tools;

- Strong ability to interact and communicate effectively with C-level executives;

- Experience in producing and revising content;

- Experience within a B2B Marketing team on a start-up/ tech company (preferable);

- Fluency in English is a must.

As a Junior Javascript FullStack Developer, you will join our high-performing development organization. As part of our team, you will play a key role in helping us deliver quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be a Fullstack Javascript developer, participating in the development lifecycle and contributing from conception to production delivery. This role is mainly focused on backend development.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

Actively participate in the product architecture and specification;

Design and implementation using our current stack (Node.js, MongoDB, React/Redux, graphQL);

Ensure the quality of the developed code;

Participate in the agile development process.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar discipline; or, equivalent demonstrable experience;

Professional experience developing high-quality JavaScript applications, with a strong emphasis on Web Technologies.

Knowledge of HTTP protocol and end-to-end workflow;

Experience with the following technologies is valued:
