Technical Support Engineer

Full-Time Support

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to Jscrambler enterprise customers (B2B), assuming ownership of the problem until its resolutionDeep dive in the issue, replicating the issue, educating the customer, providing workarounds and making sure the customer has a solutionWhen required, escalate issues to our Development Support, having a clear and pragmatic communicationIdentify product improvements from the customers' feedback and convey them to Product ManagementTechnically assist pre-sales and product education
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalentKnowledge of JavaScript and other programming languagesKnowledge of overall web and mobile application architecturesKnowledge of ITIL or similar support processes is valued2 years experience in similar functions
Skills and Attributes
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsFluency in English is mandatory, other languages is a plusWell organized and quality drivenPro-active and capable to think out of the boxAffinity with Security/Application Security is valued
