Extending Control Where It Matters

Help us build the runtime security layer enterprises rely on to protect applications where they actually execute.

What Makes Us Jscrambler

We are the Client-Side Security Platform that enforces software integrity and data governance policies where modern applications execute — inside the browser, the point of creation for digital interactions.

This is where we become passionate about helping our customers improve their client-side security so their businesses can continue to innovate without fear of damaging their revenue, reputation, or regulatory compliance. If you’re interested in our mission, vision, and values, explore our job openings.

How We Support You

You’re Solving Real Problems

Your work directly impacts enterprise security architecture. When KLM controls competitive data from leaking, it’s because of security code you wrote. When Marriott hits a compliance deadline, it’s because of enforcement you built. Most engineers never get that kind of visibility. Here, it’s standard.

You’re Learning From Experts

Our team includes professionals who helped write PCI DSS v4, engineers who’ve built systems protecting 9B+ sessions, and architects who’ve solved problems nobody else has touched. You’ll be pushed to level up. You’ll have mentors who care about your growth.

You Have Real Autonomy

We hire people we trust and give them ownership of their work. You set the direction within your scope. Your contributions are visible to the team, to leadership, to our customers. We measure outcomes, not hours logged.

You’re Part of a Global Team

We have team members across 8+ time zones. We do face-to-face and value our team off-sites. Flexibility isn’t a perk, but how we operate. We’re intentional about async communication and trust-based work.

We Encourage Your Development

Your skills are our competitive advantage. We pair you with mentors, send you to conferences, fund certifications, and create career paths. If there’s something that makes you better, we support it.

We Value Your Feedback

You are encouraged to provide open constructive feedback at every level from your first week. We promote ongoing one-on-one feedback meetings alongside bi-annual performance reviews.

Jscrambler Values and Principles

Customer First

We don’t optimize for easy. We optimize for customer outcomes. Every decision runs through this filter: Does this help our customers succeed? If the answer is no, we don’t do it.

Innovation

The browser runtime security landscape is evolving daily. New threats emerge. Regulations change. We can’t coast on what we built last year. Innovation isn’t about shiny features. it’s about staying ahead of problems.

Transparency

We trust you to do your best work. We’re transparent about what’s working and what isn’t. We don’t hide bad news or sugarcoat challenges. Trust is earned through honesty, not through theater.

Teamwork

Security at enterprise scale is complex. No single person solves it. We win as a team. That means engineers collaborate with product. Product collaborates with customers. Sales learns from support. We celebrate team wins, not individual heroics. We bring people together across functions.

Why We Exist

Every person on this team is here because they believe in the mission. When you join Jscrambler, you’re not just taking a job, you’re contributing to a fundamental shift in how enterprise security architecture works. The edge used to define the security boundary. It doesn’t anymore. Applications execute beyond it. Data is created beyond it. Risk lives beyond it.

We’re building the layer that extends control there. That’s hard. That’s why we need people who get obsessed with problems, who question assumptions, and who measure success in customer outcomes. If that’s you, let’s talk.
