CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE
THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative. You will work with the engineering and sales teams to ensure the ongoing delivery and experience of our products. You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback and communicating this to relevant stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction and security of our customers.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and engagement.
Proactively expanding relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Closely manage and nurture accounts to identify and eliminate the risk of attrition.
Lead the quarterly reporting process to provide business value, measuring, usage, and adoption.
Closely manage accounts to identify and eliminate attrition risks.
Drive continuous improvement of our ways of working, including leading the implementation of new processes and practices to maximize the impact of teams and the value we deliver to customers.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align account activities with customer business cases and strategies.
Capture and convey customer feedback for ongoing improvement of Jscrambler products and services.
Manage day-to-day functions of the customer service, customer success, and Project Management teams.
Assist the Sales team with technical aspects, including demos, Proof-of-Concept setups, and meeting participation.
Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify upsell strategies for customers.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Engineering, or relevant experience.
4+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery/management roles Or 4+ experience in combined Customer Success and project delivery, demonstrating a proven track record in maintaining client relationships and successful project management.
Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.
Experience with B2B and international client management.
Fluency in English required, Spanish preferred as well, other languages are a plus.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
THE ROLE
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a new pipeline through outbound campaigns and social and email outreach. You will be expected to target, prospect to, and nurture high-potential accounts, work directly with customers to uncover business goals and use cases that match our products, and create qualified opportunities (customer meetings) through both inbound and outbound motions.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels;
Identify customers' needs and use cases that relate to our products & create meetings with new
customers;
Develop new strategies to attract new enterprise clients;
Manage the sales process from identification of new leads through the initial conversions;
Cooperate with marketing to help create and deliver cohesive and suitable messaging, aligned
to customers needs;
Coordinate efforts on company-wide events, such as webinars and tradeshows.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor/Master in Management, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering; or relevant demonstrable experience;
Minimum of 2-4 years’ sales experience;
Experience prospecting and engaging cold contacts, creating opportunities, and developing new commercial relationships, especially in foreign markets;
Must have experience working in IT, software, or digital companies.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Jscrambler’s high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, implementing products according to customer needs, resolving technical issues, and addressing inquiries related to product features. You will collaborate closely with the Product Development team to ensure customer feedback informs product direction.
This role offers the opportunity to work with globally recognized clients, engage with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to customer success, driving both business growth and operational excellence. If you are passionate about technology and security, this position will allow you to deepen your knowledge of JavaScript and cybersecurity while making a meaningful impact.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Provide high-quality technical support to Jscrambler’s clients, taking full ownership of issues until resolution.
Collaborate with Product Development teams to resolve tickets efficiently or escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and assist clients by providing workarounds or permanent solutions.
Develop expertise in product capabilities and implement/configure products according to clients' needs.
Provide technical assistance to the Pre Sales team, including preparing demo environments and supporting them throughout the client journey.
Participate in meetings to address questions, clarify doubts, and help maximize product value.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in Customer Support Professional, Customer Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of web application architectures.
Ability to lead client-facing meetings and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Experience and interest in Security and Application Security is highly valued.
Certifications such as ITIL are a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER
THE ROLE
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define the story behind our products and play a crucial role in planning, guiding and owning Marketing campaigns and the Product Marketing strategy. This role is highly cross-functional and will require you to successfully liaise with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to drive successful product launches.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Develop and Refine Product Messaging: Craft compelling, technical yet accessible messaging that highlights the value of client-side protection solutions, tailored to cybersecurity B2B buyers like CISOs, compliance, architects, and developers.
Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand feature sets, roadmaps, and technical differentiators, ensuring marketing aligns with the product’s capabilities and security benefits.
Own Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of announcements, positioning, and supporting materials.
Create Go-to-Market Materials: Produce targeted content such as whitepapers, case studies, demos, and sales enablement tools in support of product releases.
Engage with Sales Teams: Train and equip sales executives with technical insights, objection-handling strategies, and pitch decks to effectively sell to enterprise clients.
Support Channel Partners: Create partner-specific resources like playbooks, training sessions, and co-branded collateral to empower resellers, integrators, MSPs, and QSAs to market and sell solutions effectively.
Drive Campaign Execution: Support marketing campaigns, leveraging webinars, trade shows, and content to generate opportunities and build brand credibility.
Measure and Optimize Performance: Track campaign KPIs (e.g., impressions, lead conversion) and product adoption metrics, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders and partners.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
Product Marketing and/or Marketing experience in a B2B tech company is highly preferred;
Experience developing a Product Marketing strategy and being the liaison between technical and client-facing teams.
