PARTNERSHIP DIRECTOR, US
THE ROLE
As a Partnerships Director, US, you will develop Jscrambler’s partnership strategy and go-to-market plan for the US region, prioritizing the highest value opportunities, and being responsible for developing our relationships with key partners supporting our business in the region.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Develop and strengthen business relationships with existing and new partners in US, including MSSPs, Resellers, VARs, QSAs and other Cybersecurity and GRC consulting companies;
Source and pro-actively manage a partner pipeline to ensure consistent growth and a regular deal flow;
Develop and execute strategies to attract high-potential partners and drive engagement;
Contribute to the development and management of Jscrambler’s global partner program;
Collaborate with sales teams to assist partners in closing deals and maximizing revenue potential;
Prepare partnership reports and strategic proposals for business growth;
Conduct partner enablement sessions, webinars, and events to ensure alignment with company objectives;
Collect and communicate market feedback to help inform the ongoing partnership value proposition;
Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and training sessions to enhance partner relationships.
WE BELIEVE YOU'LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE/ARE:
A Degree in Management, Marketing, or Engineering, and a minimum of 8 years of sales or partnerships experience.
Experience in an information technology B2B company.
Preferably, a background in security, payments or compliance.
Experience dealing with QSA companies and MSSPs is a plus.
Experience in negotiating and engaging with senior target stakeholders.
Leadership and influencing skills: the ability to obtain results in an organization that they do not control or to manage through ambiguity.
Proactivity and the ability to think innovatively.
Outstanding communication skills.
A passion for technology.
Fluency in English.

JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join our Sales team and drive operational excellence in contractual operations. Your role ensures scalable legal solutions, mitigates risks, and supports commercial activities like sales, partnerships, and procurement. You will provide legal support, enhance contract management processes, and implement operational improvements to streamline legal workflows. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal technology, and process optimization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to legal operations in customer procurement processes and contract management, including review and negotiation of various commercial contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
Provide support in KYC processes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Head of Legal, and finance teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies, company strategy, and legal standards.
Develop and implement best practices to optimize contract lifecycle management and legal workflows.
Assist with implementing and managing legal technology solutions to enhance efficiency and transparency, and identify operational improvements.
Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks, and legal policies in alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making processes within the legal function.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization in Commercial Law.
Up to 3 years of experience in commercial legal operations, contract management, or a related legal support function.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements.
Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and legal technology solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with diverse teams.

As a Customer Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery and adoption of Jscrambler’s high-quality products. Your primary responsibility will be to guarantee customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support, implementing products according to customer needs, resolving technical issues, and addressing inquiries related to product features. You will collaborate closely with the Product Development team to ensure customer feedback informs product direction.
This role offers the opportunity to work with globally recognized clients, engage with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to customer success, driving both business growth and operational excellence. If you are passionate about technology and security, this position will allow you to deepen your knowledge of JavaScript and cybersecurity while making a meaningful impact.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Provide high-quality technical support to Jscrambler’s clients, taking full ownership of issues until resolution.
Collaborate with Product Development teams to resolve tickets efficiently or escalate complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and assist clients by providing workarounds or permanent solutions.
Develop expertise in product capabilities and implement/configure products according to clients' needs.
Provide technical assistance to the Pre Sales team, including preparing demo environments and supporting them throughout the client journey.
Participate in meetings to address questions, clarify doubts, and help maximize product value.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in Customer Support Professional, Customer Service Engineer or similar technical support role.
A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong understanding of web application architectures.
Ability to lead client-facing meetings and effectively communicate technical concepts.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
Experience and interest in Security and Application Security is highly valued.
Certifications such as ITIL are a plus.
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.

THE ROLE
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will define the story behind our products and play a crucial role in planning, guiding and owning Marketing campaigns and the Product Marketing strategy. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Develop and Refine Product Messaging: Craft compelling, technical yet accessible messaging that highlights the value of client-side protection solutions, tailored to cybersecurity B2B buyers like CISOs, compliance, architects, and developers.
Collaborate with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand feature sets, roadmaps, and technical differentiators, ensuring marketing aligns with the product’s capabilities and security benefits.
Own Product Launches: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of announcements, positioning, and supporting materials.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or Engineering, or equivalent work experience;
Product Marketing and/or Marketing experience in a B2B tech company is highly preferred;
Experience developing a Product Marketing strategy and being the liaison between technical and client-facing teams.
