ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strengthening our information security processes. In this position, you will be at the forefront of developing, implementing, and maintaining high-quality security solutions that enhance our organization’s resilience. As a key team member, you’ll bring your technical expertise, strategic insights, and hands-on support to ensure robust compliance and security practices.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in compliance strategy, risk management, and information security management systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute regular audits and assessments against internal policies to collect evidence, identify and mitigate compliance and security risks;

• Operate the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure information security risk is managed within tolerance. Contribute to the development and evolution of the ISMS;

• Build and maintain an internal knowledge base and coordinate; coordinate with internal teams to respond to inquiries and questionnaires from customers;

• Provide advice to other teams at Jscrambler in respect of our information security posture, for example in respect of new contractual obligations;

• Manage external compliance assessments. Monitor and report compliance status against policy to senior management;

• Be an active participant in developing the information security strategy along with associated policies and processes;

• Provide information security subject matter expertise to other engineering teams.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field;

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Compliance Management or similar role;

• Expertise in the cybersecurity space demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry practices and standards;

• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects or initiatives to completion, consistently meeting deadlines while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and relevant teams;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS is a plus;

• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of the Product team, working closely with the VP of Product Development, as well as the Sales and Marketing teams, to define and execute a winning Product Strategy that aligns with the company’s overall vision. You’ll gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and detail product development initiatives. Our market research and understanding of the industry will help us identify high-value features that meet market needs. One of the outputs of your work will be a Product Roadmap that drives our development teams to maximize the product value, guaranteeing on-time delivery and the desired quality. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the product architecture and underlying technologies to effectively communicate with the engineering team and make informed decisions. This technical proficiency will allow you to identify potential risks early, streamline problem-solving, and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions, ensuring the product’s long-term success.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

• Develop a strong understanding of the product, the market, and the competition, and advocate for the voice of the customer;

• Contribute actively to the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the overall company vision;

• Support the product through its lifecycle, actively contributing to planning, development, and post-launch activities;

• Produce product requirements, including outlining desired goals, features, and high-level design details;

• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the product delivers the intended value and aligns with requirements;

• Work with the marketing team to help develop core positioning and messaging for the product;

• Assist in monitoring, reporting on, and contributing ideas to improve key product metrics and performance.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years working in a similar function as a Product Manager;

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar;

• Strong ability to engage in technical discussions, especially in areas related to security and compliance;

• Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making;

• Experience in Security/Application Security is highly valued;

• Experience in Agile methodologies is valued.

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building a new pipeline through outbound campaigns and social and email outreach. You will be expected to target, prospect to, and nurture high-potential accounts, work directly with customers to uncover business goals and use cases that match our products, and create qualified opportunities (customer meetings) through both inbound and outbound motions.

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through various channels;

• Identify customers' needs and use cases that relate to our products & create meetings with new

• customers;

• Develop new strategies to attract new enterprise clients;

• Manage the sales process from identification of new leads through the initial conversions;

• Cooperate with marketing to help create and deliver cohesive and suitable messaging, aligned

• to customers needs;

• Coordinate efforts on company-wide events, such as webinars and tradeshows.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor/Master in Management, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering; or relevant demonstrable experience;

• Minimum of 2-4 years’ sales experience;

• Experience prospecting and engaging cold contacts, creating opportunities, and developing new commercial relationships, especially in foreign markets;

• Must have experience working in IT, software, or digital companies.
