THE ROLE

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Strategize and execute Jscrambler’s presence at trade shows and field marketing events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand vision.
Design engaging, high-impact trade show booths and event experiences that captivate audiences and amplify Jscrambler’s brand as a cybersecurity leader.
Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, merchandise, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate with sales teams and external partners to develop co-branded field marketing events that foster relationships and drive lead generation.
Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan to optimize ROI and resource allocation.
Develop compelling marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team to promote events and engage target audiences, particularly in the B2B cybersecurity sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and refine strategies for future events.
Proactively identify new opportunities for field marketing initiatives and partnerships to expand Jscrambler’s market presence.
WE BELIEVE YOU'LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of proven experience in event management, with a focus on B2B trade shows and field marketing, ideally gained at an events management company.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing corporate events and trade shows, including designing engaging booth experiences that drive brand visibility and leads.
Experience collaborating with partners to create co-branded field marketing events, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong creativity and a knack for crafting high-end, memorable event experiences that elevate a small company brand.
Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with sales teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, driven, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

SENIOR DEVOPS ENGINEER
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated cloud infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in architecting and maintaining advanced CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring systems are reliable, cost-effective, and easy to maintain.
You’ll also work with containerized environments, support security and compliance best practices across the DevOps lifecycle, and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems. Your responsibilities will include responding to incidents, improving performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. Your technical expertise and leadership will be essential in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, guiding the team in adopting modern DevOps practices and tools, and contributing to the definition and execution of the DevOps roadmap.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure across local, hosted, and cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Drive the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and repeatable software delivery processes.
Manage and support containerized application environments using Docker and Kubernetes, promoting best practices for orchestration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
Champion security and compliance across the DevOps lifecycle, including secure pipeline configurations, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening.
Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system reliability, performance, and rapid incident response.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers through ongoing feedback, guidance, and by fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to project planning and sprint execution, ensuring alignment between infrastructure goals and broader product delivery timelines.
Stay up to date with emerging DevOps tools and practices, and promote their adoption across the team to maintain technical excellence and operational efficiency.
Champion the execution of transformational initiatives, ensure alignment with relevant teams, and keep key stakeholders informed.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Infrastructure as Code & Provisioning: Extensive experience with tools like Ansible and Terraform for automated server and service provisioning.
Containerization & Orchestration: Proficiency with Linux containers (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (our core orchestration layer).
Networking & Security: Strong understanding of network and firewall management (e.g., iptables), as well as WAFs (preferably Cloudflare WAF) and Zero Trust access solutions (e.g., Teleport Cloud).
CI/CD & GitOps: Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
Monitoring & Logging: Hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (ELK), FluentBit, and Wazuh for log collection, correlation, and threat detection.
Observability: In-depth knowledge of the Prometheus ecosystem for metrics collection and alerting.
Databases: Extensive experience with managing and monitoring clustered database setups, including: MongoDB clusters; ClickHouse clusters; PostgreSQL clusters.
Compliance & Security: Experience working in environments subject to compliance requirements (e.g. PCI DSS), with solid knowledge of secure system design, access control, logging, and vulnerability management.
A Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience leading by example - you are a senior-level DevOps engineer with a strong track record in technical leadership.
Demonstrated experience in setting the strategic vision and leading the execution of DevOps roadmaps.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Success Representative. You will work with the engineering and sales teams to ensure the ongoing delivery and experience of our products. You will be responsible for collecting customer feedback and communicating this to relevant stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction and security of our customers.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and engagement.

Knowledge of ITIL or similar support processes.
Experience with B2B and international client management.
