BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE MANAGER
The Role
As a BDR Manager (Player-Coach), you'll lead a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives while rolling up your sleeves to drive pipeline as a top contributor—leveraging your proven hunting skills to fuel growth through multi-channel outbound strategies, including cold calling, LinkedIn social selling, and targeted email outreach via Apollo. You'll scout high-potential accounts in sectors facing data privacy, threat, and compliance headwinds, build stakeholder relationships, and uncover needs aligned with our client-side protection solutions. By blending inbound and outbound efforts, you'll qualify opportunities, book meetings, and collaborate with sales—while empowering your team to do the same at scale. In Porto, Portugal, you'll foster a collaborative, quota-crushing culture that accelerates revenue across global markets.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Individual Contribution (Player Role): Drive a meaningful portion of team quota via high-volume outbound prospecting, intent-data research (using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and inbound qualification—articulating value for challenges like client-side exposure, data privacy risks, or compliance gaps to book calls and hand off to Account Executives.
Team Leadership & Strategy: Lead daily standups for priority alignment, review Salesforce pipeline, and refine Apollo sequences for outbound, events, and nurturing—driving team-wide revenue acceleration.
Coaching & Development: Run weekly one-on-ones, role-plays, and call reviews to sharpen discovery and objection skills; coordinate ongoing training on cyber trends (e.g., client-side threats or GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA compliance) and tools.
Onboarding & Talent Management: Build and lead onboarding programs with ramp-up playbooks, shadow calls, and quota paths
Performance Management & Metrics: Monitor metrics (e.g., activity, connects, bookings, conversions, velocity) via dashboards; apply corrective actions, celebrate wins, and report ROI to leadership.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or related field preferred; equivalent tech sales experience valued—no degree required.
3-5+ years in sales development, including 1-2 years managing BDRs/SDRs in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT; success scaling global teams.
Top BDR track record (e.g., 120%+ quota attainment) with expertise in prospecting, qualification, and tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; highlight coaching impacts.
Tech/digital experience with cybersecurity focus (e.g., app sec including client-side protection, supply chain risks, third-party compliance, or data privacy regs) is a strong plus
Currently resides in Porto, Portugal

FINANCE MANAGER
THE ROLE
At Jscrambler, we’re building world-class client-side security solutions that protect users where it matters most. Just as our technology creates trust and resilience for our customers, we need the same kind of strong foundation inside the company—and that’s why we’re looking for a Finance Manager. In this role, you’ll lead and streamline our finance operations as we scale. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, expense controls while also overseeing reporting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The role includes ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, preparing accurate financial reports, and supporting investor relations with clear financial metrics and insights. This is a hands-on position where you can improve processes, implement tools to increase efficiency, and build the financial infrastructure that enables sustainable growth.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Manage the financial reporting processes, assuring timely month-end closure and reporting to the management team and investors.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and Grants
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, external reporting to INE, and corporate governance requirements (e.g., ESG reporting)
Collaborate with the internal business teams, external accountants, auditors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless reporting and updated forecasts.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the financial integrity of the organization.
Collaborate with the Research team to apply for and maintain relevant Grants and Tax Incentives (supported by an external Grants Advisor)
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Previous relevant working experience (5+ years) within financial accounting and/or reporting
Strong expertise in Management Accounting and Reporting
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and Excel.
Fluent in English (at least B2) and Portuguese (both oral and written) - mandatory
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Experience managing finance operations in a fast-paced environment where you will use both a Strategic and a “Hands-on” Hat during your week.
A keen interest in building and improving processes, as well as documenting and mapping these (a mindset of “building the plane while flying the plane”)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Ability to work independently with superior attention to detail

As a Field Marketing & Events Specialist at Jscrambler, you will lead the strategy and execution of regional and international trade shows and field marketing events to promote our cybersecurity products, elevate our brand, and drive high-quality sales leads. You will craft high-end, memorable event experiences that amplify our small company brand, collaborating closely with sales teams and partners to align events with business objectives. This hybrid role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring a creative and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Strategize and execute Jscrambler’s presence at trade shows and field marketing events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and brand vision.
Design engaging, high-impact trade show booths and event experiences that captivate audiences and amplify Jscrambler’s brand as a cybersecurity leader.
Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, merchandise, and on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations.
Collaborate with sales teams and external partners to develop co-branded field marketing events that foster relationships and drive lead generation.
Manage event budgets, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan to optimize ROI and resource allocation.
Develop compelling marketing materials in collaboration with the marketing team to promote events and engage target audiences, particularly in the B2B cybersecurity sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure flawless event execution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success, gather insights, and refine strategies for future events.

WE BELIEVE YOU'LL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of proven experience in event management, with a focus on B2B trade shows and field marketing, ideally gained at an events management company.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing corporate events and trade shows, including designing engaging booth experiences that drive brand visibility and leads.
Experience collaborating with partners to create co-branded field marketing events, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong creativity and a knack for crafting high-end, memorable event experiences that elevate a small company brand.
Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and contribute to strategic marketing plans.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with sales teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, driven, and proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in event planning software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Passion for technology, with knowledge of the cybersecurity industry being a strong advantage.
