Security Safeguards

At Jscrambler we know that our customers rely on us one to provide a very critical service: protecting their applications. We take our responsibilities to our customers seriously, and the security and reliability of our service is our top priority.

SSL

All information travelling between your browser and Jscrambler is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. The same happens if you use our API. The lock icon in your browser lets you verify that you aren't talking to a phishing site impersonating Jscrambler and that your data is secure in transit.

Firewalls

The Jscrambler website, including data you send us - rests securely behind firewalls.

Vulnerability Scanning

Jscrambler servers are scanned regularly by Jscrambler; our security verification provider and mother company. These scans test our infra-structure from multiple attack points, and all vulnerabilities discovered are quickly addressed.

Intrusion Detection

All of the traffic entering and leaving Jscrambler network is monitored by an Intrusion Detection System (IDS). Any unusual behavior is analyzed by security experts.

Secure Payments

Jscrambler payments and your payment information is 100% handled by PayPal. Jscrambler does not have access to this information.

Strong Encryption

Your user credentials are not stored in our database. We only keep hashes of the passwords.

Redundancy

The Jscrambler infrastructure uses redundant storage and servers to keep the application and your data available in the case of hardware failure.

Backups

The data in your Jscrambler account is replicated across multiple database servers. Additionally, that data is backed up nightly to tape and stored in a secure offsite location to ensure that, even in the event of a catastrophe like a tornado or flood, your information will be safe and your records can be quickly restored.
