SENIOR AUTOMATION QA ENGINEER
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Automation QA Engineer who thinks like an architect.
As part of our team, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality products that exceed the expectations of world-class customers. You will not just simply write test scripts; you will define the end-to-end QA strategy for a product that lives in the browser.
We are seeking someone who excels in operational execution while also leading the evolution of our QA strategy. As AI reshapes the SDLC, you will help determine how we leverage it, moving beyond basic automation to intelligent, risk-based quality gates. If you enjoy solving complex problems, designing test strategies for highly dynamic systems, and validating behavior across frameworks, browsers, and devices, come join us!
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY BE LIKE?
Own the end-to-end QA strategy for a product running directly in customer browsers, ensuring rock-solid reliability across real-world environments.
Ensure browser and device compatibility by designing and building automated tests for leading JavaScript frameworks and the modern web ecosystem (desktop and mobile, Android and iOS).
Raise the bar on performance and stability, validating premium performance for all components—especially those executing in the browser under diverse customer conditions.
Build comprehensive test automation that runs continuously in CI/CD pipelines, enabling fast, confident releases with scalable quality gates.
Own the vision for how AI is applied to quality engineering, moving the organization beyond task automation toward intelligent, risk-based quality strategies.
Validate resilience under high traffic, ensuring edge and backend services remain stable, responsive, and scalable under real production loads.
Continuously improve tools and processes, making testing faster, more reliable, and deeply integrated into engineering workflows.
Be part of a true Product Development organization, collaborating daily with Engineering and Product to embed quality at every stage, from concept to production.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Familiarity with multiple testing approaches, including unit, integration, end-to-end, contract, regression, load, stress, performance, exploratory, security, compatibility, and resilience tests, ensuring robust, reliable, and high-quality software across all layers.
Familiarity with modern testing and performance tools, including Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, and Lighthouse, to support robust automation, cross-platform testing, and high-performance validation.
Experience writing code/tests in one or more programming languages (preference for TypeScript/JavaScript).
Experience testing microservices architectures and event-driven systems, validating reliability across APIs, asynchronous flows, messaging, and distributed components.
Have an innovative mindset - you’re curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to test.
Assertive and pragmatic - you ask the right questions, challenge assumptions when needed, and focus on what delivers the most impact.
Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong collaboration and negotiation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English (B2 minimum, upper-intermediate/advanced), comfortable working in an international setup.
