Joel Silva serves as Vice President of Product Development and is responsible for software engineering, product management, and customer service. Joel brings over twenty years of experience at high-growth companies, driving innovation, designing and scaling robust systems, and leading software engineering teams.

Prior to Jscrambler, Joel held product development and architecture leadership positions for FARFETCH and SONAE. Joel has a degree in IT from the University of Minho and a general management program certificate from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
