Marta Borges serves as Chief Financial Officer responsible for leading finance, HR, legal, and operations, guiding how investments are allocated, building scalable operations, and optimizing the company’s financial and human resources performance.

Prior to Jscrambler, Marta Borges served as Head of Finance for Veniam. Marta Borges brings 20 years of finance and strategy leadership experience at different IT companies, providing data-driven guidance to support business goals and improve financial performance. Prior to Veniam, Marta served as the Finance Controller for Wipro subsidiaries in Germany, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Austria.

Marta holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and Administration from Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Admininstração do Porto, a Degree Certificate in Accounting and Administration from the University of Maia, and attended an executive program on Digital Transformations in ISDI (School of Design & Innovation) and Fintech in INSEAD (Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires).
